It does not bring much in the realm of cuddles. I don't know what to say, we handle it in our own, dispassionate way. What can we who are not raising a family do? I Pray, myself, but this season, and the shopping really bring out a distress that can hit us top to bottom.

The fact that regular "manners", and behaviour have no longer been a foci of principle in our schools for YEARS, that they aren't taught, and that children witness the petty fights at home about what neighbor has MORE then us, ETC., Well, it IS sickening. Hi- Well, you know I feel the same way, and probably to a point that would surprise us both. Now we want to live outside of it rather than enforce it? Makes no sense to me. Whatever happened to trying to live your life honestly, and be a good person? The character traits that my parents tried so hard to raise me with are rare enough these days how often do you meet a man that all the girls want to be around, and all the guys want to be like because they all respect and trust him and not because they're afraid of him? Or would you prefer to have murderers and rapists back in society after ridiculously lenient sentences? That's what is seems to be coming to - lawlessness and anarchy. And if there're too many inmates to provide for, then what? Let them all starve by cutting right back on their food? Or we could just pay higher taxes to build more prisons and still be able to feed them all? Eventually we'd have more people behind bars than out on the street. I'm not a fan of capital punishment, but if so many people didn't commit such heinous crimes against each other, we'd have much more room in prison for them. (That way if your daughter gets raped and you want to kill the prick who raped her, you can be a true martyr and prove that you would rather be in jail than have him waste any more oxygen). The only thing that should be used to separate same-offence criminals is age.

#An eye for an eye and the world goes blind skin
Regardless of gender, skin colour, accent, physical attractiveness, political sway, religious beliefs, social caste, artistic talent, financial influence etc etc etc. That means that we all live by the same laws, and face the same penalties for the same crimes. Okay so next time a "skip" girl gets raped, how do we counter that? Rape a Lebanese girl? Lovely solution. Exactly what are the yobbos protesting with their violence? Violence? I'd say that's a pretty safe bet. Well, that's a real shame.īut let's have a careful look at this. Apparently everytime one of the Lebanese kids gets into trouble with the law, they cry "Racism!" and the police back off.

My friends believe that the Sydney yobbos have a right to persecute the gang members as the authorities have not done enough to protect them (protect the yobbos, that is). The conversation turned into a bit of an argument, actually. I had a conversation with some good friends about the gang violence in Sydney, and was stunned at their viewpoints.
